1. What this assistant is

The assistant is an automated AI tool that answers questions about Toeshee and can pass your details to our sales team if you ask to speak with a human. It is not a person, and it only helps with Toeshee-related topics.

2. Not professional advice

The assistant can be inaccurate or incomplete. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or technical advice, and nothing it says is a binding offer or commitment. Verify anything important with a Toeshee representative before relying on it.

3. Crypto safety — never share secrets

Never share seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or one-time (2FA) codes with the assistant or with anyone. Toeshee will never ask for them. Treat the chat as a public channel and do not enter sensitive personal or financial data.

4. How your data is handled

Your messages are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. If you request a callback, we store the contact details and context you provide so a sales agent can reach you. We handle this data under our website Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the assistant: no abuse, spamming, scraping, attempts to bypass its instructions or extract its prompt, or use that breaks the law. We rate-limit the service and may block access to protect it.
